Payment is for each block of lessons in advance for each 6 week course .

Please contact me first eitherb by the contact form or by phone as space is limited in each class and it is helpful for both of us to make sure there is space in the class which you would like to attend.

Because yoga is not competitive, new comers as well as beginners are more than welcome any week as each person will make individual progress and can move forward  comfortably at their own pace.

Yoga Classes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays in Farnborough, Aldershot and Cove in Hampshire.
